At Einstein Electric, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and offer a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on all fresh electrical installations. This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:
 

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in workmanship for all new electrical installations performed by Einstein Electric, for the lifetime of the installation.
 

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Pre-existing Wiring or Systems: Any issues or defects related to wiring, electrical panels, or systems not originally installed by Einstein Electric.

• Devices or Equipment: Electrical devices (e.g., breakers, outlets, light fixtures, etc.) are not covered under this warranty. These components are typically covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and any claims related to faulty equipment should be directed to the manufacturer. If a device became defective shortly after installation, we can often get it returned/replaced for you if necessary. This is a rare occurrence.

• Modifications or Repairs by Others: If any work is performed on the installation by someone other than Einstein Electric, the warranty becomes void.

• Damage from External Causes: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, unauthorized alterations, acts of nature, or other external factors beyond our control.

• Commercial installations involving other tradespeople are not covered by this warranty.
   

How to Make a Claim

If you believe there is a workmanship defect in your installation, contact Einstein Electric at info@einsteinelectric.ca. We will inspect the installation and, if the issue is covered under this warranty, will repair it at no cost.
 

Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original installation performed by Einstein Electric and is non-transferable. It applies to the initial purchaser and the installation’s original location.
